Rights

Transportation
The system of roads, trains, ships, and planes used to move people and goods from place to place.

Landform

Peninsula
A piece of land that sticks out into water and is surrounded by water on three sides.
Population
The number of people who live in a certain place.
Region
A large area of land that has something in common, like its weather, landforms, or people.

When a large group of people move from one place to another to find a better life.
Primary source
Something made or written by a person who was there when an event happened, like a diary or photograph.
Secondary source
A description of an event written by someone who was not there, like a textbook.
